SPD X Wenger Pilot Knife

Carried this out on a wet weekend hike and the handle kept its grip through every baton split. The mid-size blade is just right for field work, not too bulky on the belt. It's got that vintage aircrew feel but cuts like a modern tool.

The 1950s USAF inspiration really comes through in the profile—it’s lean and purposeful without feeling dated. I’ve been using it for camp chores all week, and the fixed blade holds its edge nicely through feather-sticking and food prep.

The handle feels solid even with wet hands during a quick carve test, and the mid-size blade is a good balance for camp chores without being bulky. Only knocked a star because the sheath’s retention is a bit stiff out of the box, though it loosens up some with use.
