The limestone-based neoprene stretches way more than I expected, so paddling didn't feel restricted at all. It's thin enough to layer under my vest without overheating.

Wore this over a rashguard for a full morning of surfing and it never felt bulky or restricted my paddling. The limestone-based neoprene stretches way better than the old jacket I had, and it kept the wind off without overheating.

Wasn't sure I needed a layer between my rashguard and a full suit, but this thing nailed it on a breezy morning paddle. The limestone-based neoprene has way more stretch than I expected and it doesn't bunch up under the arms when I'm paddling.
